Norfolk Gardens Trust
Waterloo Park, Norwich - Grade II
Laid out under the supervision of Capt. A Sandys-Winsch. Completed in 1933. 8 acres. Two bowling greens, each with pavilions, bandstand, originally set in a moat of pool and rills (now filled in). Pergolas, tennis courts, children's play area. Yew hedges, and what is claimed to be the longest herbaceous border in the UK, at 100 metres.
Wensum Park, Norwich - Grade II
Laid out under the supervision of Capt. A Sandys-Winsch. Opened in 1925. 8.5 acres. Wrought iron entrance gates with piers with obelisks, viewing platform, circular rose garden, herbaceous border, paddling pool, borders river Wensum, stream with pools, small islands and bridges. Wooded area and lawns.

Wolterton Hall - Grade II
18th-20th C. 340 acre park with lake, originally laid out by Charles Bridgeman 1720's. Vistas to the north and to the south; 19th C. formal terraces to the south of the Hall, grassed over in 1940's. Herbaceous borders; walled kitchen garden.
Voewood, High Kelling - Grade II*
1903 - 5 Arts and Crafts 'Butterfly' house designed by E. S. Prior, supervised by Randall Wells. Large sunken garden, central circular pond, croquet lawns, pergolas, grassed terrace, kitchen garden with espaliered fruit trees, orchard,lime tree alley. Restoration of gardens in front of house in progress.
The Walks, Kings Lynn - Grade II
Public Open Space. Major ornamental public towns walks begun in 1713, with additions through to the early 20th century.
Sheringham Park - Grade II*
Stiffkey Old Hall - Grade II
Late 16th century. Sir Nicholas Bacon's layout of four terraces remains; the two principal ones above the River Stiffkey, but detailing and indication of planting lost. St. John the Baptist's church forms part of the visual scheme; remains of Banqueting House on upper walk; sunk garden on site of great hall.
Stradsett Hall - Grade II
Parkland. 1810 -1813 laid out to designs by J.C. Loudon. Irregular shaped lake with islands, various bridges, Ha-ha, kitchen garden.
The Old Rectory, Lyng - Grade II
Late 18th century onwards. Some work by Repton. Garden bordered on two sides by river Wensum, and by moat. Woodland, shrubbery and lawns.
The Plantation Garden , Norwich - Grade II
The Pleasaunce - Grade II*
From 1893. Of original 35 acres, 7 remain. Designed by Edwin Lutyens/Gertrude Jekyll for Cyril Flower, Lord Battersea. Terrace wall with steps down to lawn, sea views, octagonal pavilion, covered walk; paved pool pond; lawns, shrubbery; sunken paved rose garden.
Sandringham House - Grade II*
Sennowe Park
Park 18th century onwards. New House begun 1905. Parkland, large lake 1900's, Italianate terraces on three levels, two domed open pavilions,- designed by George Skipper and F W Skipper. Conservatory or winter garden; Large timbered boathouse. River Wensum flows through grounds; sculptured lion on pedestal, 1909.
Shadwell Park - Grade II
18th century onwards. Parkland, woodland; 18th century Lake, enlarged in 19th century to 16 acres. Walled kitchen garden; 19th century formal gardens to the west of the house.
